Shipments

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €49

For orders under €49, shipping costs are €3.90. Shipping costs outside Italy will be calculated at checkout.

Packages are generally shipped within 1 day of payment receipt, via Poste Italiane, BRT, GLS, or DHL, with tracking and delivery without signature.

Shipping times for orders within Italy can take up to a maximum of 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Outside Italy, however, times can be up to 8 business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking to monitor your package's location in real-time.

In-store pickup
You can select free in-store pickup (€0.00).
The customer will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.
Preparation times for pickup are generally 1 hour from payment confirmation.
